If a picture is worth a thousand words, why am I writing this? I believe a good picture doesn’t need any words. But apparently a blog does. So, this is me, Domé Swart: a crazy girl in a crazier world, lover of the arts, admirer of the human form, painter of pictures and taker of photographs.
Uhm.. Not enough?
I studied Graphic Design and Photography at the Art Academy in Stellenbosch, after which I spent four years as a photographer on cruise ships, seeing the world and doing what I love. On top of all this I have twenty four years experience on earth as an observer, an onlooker, a spectator of everything this world has to offer
I consider myself an artist. I see what you don’t and that’s why I do what I do so well.
I love travelling,I like kids, but hey, who doesn’t! My world revolves around people. They inspire me, they frustrate me, they make me laugh, and cry. (Plus they make really cool pictures.)
I have seen over 50 countries. This does something to one’s perception of things.
